First of all to be called on the very same day after writing a complaint was amazing and thank you. I just want to acknowledge a gentleman by the name of Wesley from Head Office for his diligence and professionalism he showed me during my frustration with Incredible Connection's pricing last Thursday. He treated me with dignity and respect when dealing with me. He apologised for the mix up and assured me indeed the price was what I initially saw. He arranged with the store to keep one for me and yesterday I finally bought the PS3 Remote Controller. So thank you Mr Major for going the extra mile for me, ensuring me of the updates throughout from the calls and to check if I had gone back to get one. It made me feel important to know Incredible Connection does care about its customers. Indeed it is highly appreciated, am happy again...
