Unhappy Custome

About 1 and half years ago I bought a KIC Fridge and Defy Washing Machine which I payed for cash.
In last year the KIC Fridge gave problems, I got someone to have a look at it and the gas was finished.
I paid R300 for the gas to be refilled. I am again having problems with the Fridge, I just got someone in this morning to have a look at it, and now I must replace a terminal at the back of the fridge which is going to cost me another R300.
With the Defy Twin Tub I am also having endless problems. The spin dryer is not working and they said the motor is gone, that is going to cost me over a R1000 to repair.
I don't know if it is weak products or was I just unfortunate in what I bought. I don't think I will ever buy any products from Game again. I am not even sure if I still have my slips from Game. I will really appreciate it if someone from Game can contact me and advise me what to do.
