Attitude towards client on phone was unexeptable

I found it unacceptable that a personnel should be rude and tell the client in so many words that the client is wasting her time and should decide know if she wants to open an account or leaf. After that talking down to the client for not understanding the first time due to noise in the background of the store and a bad line connection.
