Morkels hands me over for non existant account

Hi there

Im so angry it is not funny, this is the second time im getting a sms from a so cold collection company called MCS with my reference number being 3310875, the more i tell the person on the phone i have paid up 2 years ago the more she tells me i havent paid and i must prove that i have paid. I then asked her for 2 years Morkels didn't know i know them that money. she hung up on me i phone back to ask for the supervisor she hangs up again i phone for the third time and she says the supervisor is not available (conviniently so), i am so angry cause this doesn't make sense
