False advertising

We received a pamphlet a few days ago that FC has a special on stoves (KIC hob, oven & extractor for R1999) This offer is valid until 20 January, but when I ordered, they told me that they do not have stock in the whole country? Why mislead customers then? This is unacceptable!!!
