I am really not happy at all i went into Foschini today-7.03.2013 around 2pm, i wanted to buy a nokia lumia which is R1600 on prepaid, i wanted to buy on my account, and the nearest salesperson was Rahab who was at a till i went for assistance to her and she started by saying eish..when i asked her how i will pay on account and also how much the installment will be per month, she said to my face we dont know these things they are done by headoffice, i dont know how they do it, i said to her well get someone who knows who can assit me or phone your headoffice koz i need that phone, she said eish again, and as she was walking away from me she was saying pretty nasty things including i am tired i have had it, ye ses
, and that i was really irritating. i heard all of that, she went away and left me standing, then 5 minutes later she came back was at the telephone trying numbers as if she has no idea what the headoffice number is. 30 minutes later i had to leave cause when she left that phone i have no idea where she went, i was late for work so i couldnt find the time to look for Nareen the manager. IAM CLOSSING THE FOSCHINI ACCOUNT.its not first time to get such service
