The Wren Design
Highly recommend the wren design

I bought a laptop bag from the design indaba shop which was created by "the wren design". The designer had taken pvc bags and turned them into awesome laptop bags. I got complements about the bag daily and absolutely loved the design of it.
However one day when walking home the stiching gave way from where the sling attached to the bag and my macbook went plummeting to the ground. The glass on the screen broke and so I sent Wendren an unhappy e-mail. I quickly got a response to refund me for my bag, and he would give me an extra bag. I used the money to get my laptop screen replaced, and although I lost my warranty, bags break, and Wendren responded extremely well to the entire situation.
I never got around to giving him my details so he could send me a new bag, which I regret because I miss that bag :)
