Eposession of goods after fully paid up

In 2010, i bought a washing machine on credit at morkels. i settled my account in 2011 october. the following month i kept receiving statements stating that i still owed them. i initially sent my mother there to complain about the statements and they made empty promises. i then went there personally a couple of times (missing work at times) to show them the settlement letter as proof that i did not owe them anything. the consultant told me that they were having problems with their system and said that they will sort the problem out. the problem has not yet been solve and as we speak, my mom just informed me that they are there to collect the machine.
