Placing an order at Dischem Northgate for an item to be delivered is like brain surgery. I got transferred from pillar to post, and asked "What supplier are you from? " Well, Doh Nice going - I'll go to another pharmacy where requesting a simple order and delivery of a product isn't rocket science.

And don't call me, I'm not interested - keep your pharmacy and your staff, I'd rather not deal with them, thank you! Why is it lately that customer service is really so disastrous in South Africa nowadays. Shame on you.
