Staff not doing as promised and bad communication

Avril made a promise she didn't keep and didn't give me correct information.

The owner, Bev Murphy, told me this morning with a unapologetic attitude that they will help me as best they can. I don't want help from someone who offers it with a loud obnoxious attitude.

I am not going to make this a long story - simply put Bev and Avril have equal bad attitudes!! Do not go to The Dance Boutique in Eastgate. The shop is tiny and crowded if 1 family is in there. They neglect you when someone else walks in the shop. The merchandise is packed so tightly you cant even walk. They make promises they cant keep. They give clients wrong information. And when they try to rectify the wrong, they do it with such a bad attitude.

The LAST time I buy anything from them, if anyone else reads this, don't even bother going in there.
