Edgars
Documents now submitted twice

A/C No. 7000100100016132292 refers.
Despite having twice submitted the necessary FICA documentation, i.e. at Edgars, La Lucia Mall at the beginning of October 2012 and again at Boardmans, Westville Pavilion at the beginning of December 2012, I am STILL being asked whether I have FICA'd when making purchases on my account.
It is now nearly 5 months since making my first submission and I will NOT submit documents for a third time simply because Edgars cannot get their act together.
Please sort this matter out.
