Keep it up! Melanie and Leon @ Spar-Stoneridge

Again I would like to say a big thank you to Melanie and Leon for their friendliness and patience. I went to Spar-Stoneridge this past Saturday with 10c/50c that my daughter has been gathering at home and she wanted to use them to buy herself airtime, we met Leon and he counted them, my 2 year old son started crying while we were there 'for no reason' after Leon finished counting the money he then gave my kids free ice creams in cones and that really did the trick because my son kept quiet immediately and enjoyed the ice cream. I went back to Spar on Monday to buy a cake I buy cakes from Spar Stoneridge all the time. Melanie picked up that I need assistance & she took time to explain some of the cakes so I'm able to choose a suitable one. I must say that this type of positive approach will take these individuals far in their careers & also yield positive results for Spar Stoneridge. It is very rare lately that one come across service providers that are willing to go an extra mile for customers. I have experienced negative & unfriendly attitudes from various big outlets their employees simply cannot serve. Melanie, all of the best in your new position.
