Impressive service

I would like to compliment the service I received on Saturday from game at Galleria. I was there shopping for my daughters birthday party itmes and landed up changing trollies due to a funny wobble, but when we took my daughter out the trolley she had left her new ballet shoes that her ouma had bought her in the trolley.

Many many tears later (after only realising it at home) I decided to try my luck and call game to see if someone had handed the packet witht he new ballet shoes in at information. Imagine my shock when the head of security says he has them with him! It truely blew me away that something as small as a pair of ballet shoes could be handed in, in this day and age is amazing!

we drove through before they closed and I found out that the security at the door had kept it - so 10 /10 to game and all staff involved. it brought a smile back to a little girls face!
