IM VERY DISSAPOINTEDIN THE SERVICE I RECIEVED

I bought a top TV decoder about two weeks ago.i registered for a installer to be sent out after 2days still no response so i called them and registered again over the phone.within 15mins the installers details were sent to me.called him (vusi) asking him to come install over the weekend he said i should send him my address which i did.by Friday there was still no response on whether he'll still come and what time.so once again i called asked him when he will be coming and what time.he said Saturday and at 11o clock.on Saturday i called him the first time his phone was off.i tried again after an hour.he said he's still coming hes just not sure what time. i could not leave the house unsure what time this guy is going to come I WAS AT HOME ALLDAY.at 4 in the afternoon he calls me telling me he is on his way.when they finally show up its not the toptv installer i had communicated with it was his colleagues or friends.he was caught up somewhere and sent them to come do the installation.which i find very unprofessional.the form the subscriber has to fill to give feedback on the installers punctuality and appearance was filled in by him i only filled in my details. IM VERY DISSAPOINTED
