6 to 8 weeks delivery time and no response

Ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses via head office mid January and was advised 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Not a word. And Jeanine does not have the courtesy to respond to my enquiry sent morning of 28 Feb. What sort of customer service is this???
