I bought a prepaid sim card at CNA on 27-02-2013.

Yandisiwe's attitude was bad to begin with but I greeted her happily and told her I wanted to buy the SIM, credit for the sim and to RICA the sim. Her response to me, in a cheeky tone was "As in airtime? "

She rang it up, I paid & had to remind her about the RICA. She sighed heavily, took my documents & did the necessary but acted constantly like it was painful for her to do her job. The slip printed and she looked at it confused, as if there was a problem. I asked if everything was fine, she flatly ignored me and pushed the slip across the counter. Looking at the slip I couldn't know what was done or not.

Unsurprisingly the sim is not registered, the Network says there's no record on the system. My previous contract is cancelled, my sim is not registered so i'm without a phone until I can get to a store, which is in a few days. Highly inconvenient as I require it for work!

Yandisiwe, your attitude is disgusting, you cannot complete a simple task, when you realize it's incorrect you ignore and hide it from your customer so you don't have to burden yourself with work. You are lazy and rude and you DON'T deserve a job - anywhere!
