Manager of shoprite is so selfish

Hellopeter i write this letter to report what had happend in my life which done by manger ivah mtshali, i was an employee at shoprite as a shelvepacker for 3 months and i have decided to go to the college to do business courses and i informed miss ivah mtshali that i want to get more education since i have only matric so can i please work on the weekends or change my work schedule, but miss ivah mtshali refused and she told me that i can go to school but i must not resign so that the company will already knew me as it can be easily to get better position you will not suffer looking for job when you finished, i took her decision as she was my manager so know am finished at school and i decided to apply for job in other company when they are about to employ me they found that shoprite have write that am being absconded and they refuse to employ me.i dont know what to do as am not getting employed by any company my heart is always in pain please help me, i did nothing to miss ivah mtshali because i did inform her but she decided to ruin my future and when i ask her now she said she dont know what happend as they have called her to ask.
