Bad meat

This is now the fifth time I have bought meat from checkers in grey owl shopping centre and its been off. This particular time I made sure the expirey date was at least 7 days or more before the expiry date.

And still the meat was off, how can a major retailer get it wrong 5 times in a row? It is unethical and also dangerous to sell meat that is off. I have brought this to the managers attention 3 times now, and every time it's an apology but there is clearly no action being taken.
