Chekers Phalaborwa mobile airtime

I bought Virgin Mobile airtime on the 29th of January 2013 from Checkers Phalaborwa. It was for a person in hospital in Cape Town he tried loading it and only R160 loaded of R400. I went to Checkers Phalaborwa on the 1st of February 2013, where i was told to speak to Sandra. She took all my details and send a querry to headoffice. Since then Im phoning the whole time cheking up if there is any solution to the problem. Either shes not in on Im told to hold and after 3 min still no answer and phone gets put down in my ear. I went to Checkers and spoke to Sandra on the 15th of February 2013 where she said shes going to phone headoffice now and will let me know before 9 am whats going on... and im still waiting, really cant complain about the service as there is NONE. please get back to me. This is not the way i do business and if it is the way you do... then you wont see me or any of my friends again...
