While walking my dog yesterday I picked up wallet. It had obviously been emptied of all valuables, but since it ha some cards that I think would be a hassle to replace I thought I would try to return it to the rightful owner.
Luckily there was a Pick 'n Pay smart shopper card. I emailed today to ask for details of the owner and was very impressed that an agent got back to me a very short while later. He had already phoned the owner and told her I would be contacting her.
He kept thanking me for doing this.
Well, thank you for your speedy and wonderful service. Many companies would ignore such an 'insignificant' request.
