We have just purchased 2 x LED TV's from Makro Vaal branch and are in awe at the service received from Keith. You are just the most professional, efficient and friendliest sales person we have probably ever encountered. I cannot remember or rather never had this opportunity to have such high regard for a sales person. Everything was explained and detailed in the most professional yet simple manner. After this encounter, I will expect this service from everybody at all stores and shops. WELL DONE, KEITH!!! May you be an inspiration to other sales people who are always scuffling to either get rid of you, because you take too long to decide what you want or babble away at information about the product in a language that you don't even understand.
