Incompetence for recovery option

I bought my Samsung R 519 about 3/4 years ago. I wanted to do the Complete Restore option while in Samsung Recovery Solution III, but I get the following error
"The size of the partition to be restored is too small. Increase the size of the partition size first."

I don't know how to do that. I ASSUMED that should I wish to restore to the initial status when I first bought it would be a simple process... but you have made it IMPOSSIBLE.

I am TOTALLY DISGUSTED with either your IT department or whoever installed the partition software on this laptop. PS> I AM NOT PAYING YOU or your IT department to FIX YOUR PROBLEM when you sold me this laptop.
