Lack of Customer Service and Unfair Treatment

I visited the Shoprite in tzaneen this morning, and as i approached the exit the security guard alllowed 2 people who were before me to leave the store without even checking their reciepts or goods, but when i got there i gladly gave her my reciept and when she was done she asked if she could see my bag, i allowed her to and even asked her to open it herself as my hands were full.then she found a used labello and insinuated that i had it, now at this point all attention was on me, i was then taken to the manager and by the time i got there i was sooo irritated and annoyed that i didnot even let him say anything (which on my part was a mistake), that i just started shouting and could not understand why she decided to assume her duties upon my arrival and just allowed every1 else to go out, and that labello was used it wasnt even packaged, it was open and had been used before.i resent the fact that i was treated like a crimal for something i bought with my 20bucks and i didnt even buy it at shoprite, i am appalled, disgusted and angered at the lack of customer service.it still does not make sense to me how i can be interogatted for something that had been used, this shoprite just.
