I went to woolworths Cresta about 2 weeks ago, bought a few items, including a white formal shirt. To my surprise when I got to my place it still had the tag, i tried to remove it and i couldnt, took it to Northgate and when they removed it realised it was damaged and wouldnt allow me to exchange it because the manager did not want to carry the costs. To my understanding when i buy something from Woolworths I can return it at any other Woolworths. I explained to the manager that i wont be able to go to Cresta anytime soon and she didnt care she said she wont carry damage costs for another branch, what hapned to the customer coming first? I am a regular Woolworth customer and hence I am very disappointed from this.
