EBook disappointment

My first eBook purchase ever has left me bleak.
The Rest is Noise by Alex Ross is advertised with the original cover but once I purchased it I found a simple PDF version with no original cover. It looked like something I would have received in a class room.

I requested a refund but was denied. (The TC's state the once downloaded, it is unlikely that they will refund you.)

My issue is that I did not receive what was advertised.

iBooks has a very limited collection of books on their SA store so I thought I would use a local store to purchase my books. Well, never again! Your product is inferior and not worth the money of the effort.

Please would somebody help me
