Problem solved to satisfaction

I want to express my thanks to Game @ Boksburg as well as Ryobi (Stevens & Co) in the way that my complaint about a lawn mower was handled. It is highly appreciated!! The fact that they didn't persue the matter in repairing a brand new faulty lawn mower, but gave me a gift voucher to have the option to buy a better product, is in my opinion excellent service and what I actually expected from both companies. Much obliged!
