MY BLACKBERRY PHONE WAS AND I WENT TO ELLERINES WHERE I BOUGHT THE PHONE, THEY GAVE ME INSTRUCTION TO REPORT THE PHONE A NORMAL PROCEDURE. AFTER 1 WEEK I PHONED IN TO FIND OUT HOW THE CLAIMS PROGRESS IS GOING AND NO ONE HAD AN ANSWER AND SAID THEY WOULD PHONE ME BACK AND NEVER DID, I PHONED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER, ONE TIME I PHONED SAME THING THEY WILL PHONE ME BACK, WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING THE LADY ON THE OTHER SIDE JUST PUT THE PHONE DOWN, I TRIED TO PHONE AGAIN FOR A FEW TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS HOW IS THE PROGRESS GOING ON THE CLAIM.
THIS IS TRULY VERY BAD SERVICE FOR ME AND THOUGHT I SHOULD POST IT.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG THIS SHOULD TAKE BUT WHEN ASKING NORMAL QUESTIONS A COMPANY LIKE THAT, THERE STAFF SHOULD AT LEAST PHONE BACK AND GIVE SOME SORT OF EXPLANATION.
