Another clients Statement received

Hi
Since November 2012 I have received another clients statement electronically. I reported this to the sender and confirmed it was a technically error and they would fix. December I received the incorrect statement again which I reported again. It is February and I am still receiving someone else's statemen. I sent an email to the complaint department on the 18th January and I did not even receive an acknowldegement.
