HORRIFIC TREATMENT!!!

I went there to sell or loan against my car audio devise which is beryl a month old. I came into the shop with the device to see how much I can get, the buyer tells me I must get the cable that I have paid money for it to be install in order for him to help me.

Then tells me he can only give me R150 Ok I understand that is the way you work but why did he make me removed the cables from my car he could have told me that before I removed the cable unnecessary.

And now who is supposed to pay for the cable to be re installed? I came to the shop with the car audio devise removed from the plug to see if they can help, Why he did not tell me then that he will give me R150 so that I can go on without any problems now I have to pay someone to do it for me again and I paid more than what he offered me that is what really annoys me.
