Great service from Spilhaus

My husband bought me two Swarovski rings when were on holiday in December, on the MSC Opera. He gave it to me as a gift for Christmas. The rings were to big, and we thought that we could just make it smaller. We were then told by a jeweller that we have to go to Swarovski and exchange it. We lost the proof of purchase, and was informed by Spilhaus when I called them, that they can exchange it when we show them the warranty. We never recieved a waranty from the shop on the MSC Opera. My husband then contacted Swarovski, who put him in contact with Theresa from Spilhaus in South Africa. She asked us for photos of the rings, which we sent, and she then arranged for me to exchange the rings at the Spilhaus shop in Greenstone Mall. I did, and was very happy with the service and the extra mile Theresa went for me to get a smaller size of the rings. Thank you!!
