Spar needs to up its game in Lenasia South

I bought a cake on the 14th of Feb 2013 from the Spar in Lenasia South, took it home and had a piece.
The cream in the cake tasted funny and the cake itself was so dry.
This is very disappointing that I paid R 50.00 for the cake and the quality was utter rubbish.

Spar being a public listed company should aim higher in terms of their supplies and Lenasia South has the most run down branch ever.
They dont stock proper products, the supervisors are lazy that sit around and me as a customer is expected to pack my own groceries into packets.
Is that the caliber of service and products that Spar Group Limited aspires to provide to the public?
The Spar store in Lenasia South should just close shop and relocate.
