Markham
Wrong Customer!

Markham keep on sending a request for payment to my wife, N.E. Morrison but they use the name of Mr Kgopa, who most definitely is not my wife. They have the wrong contact number as we do not even have an account with Markham. The number they send the request to is 072 2004067, which is the cell phone number of Mrs N.E. Morrison. We have requested them on numerous occasions to please change their records but for months now we have received the same request for payment via sms and very frustrating phone calls. Even a mail to their contact number as per their website apparently is ignored. I would suggest they relook their customer care procedures and structures as it would seem something is not working according to plan.
