Bad attitude

We went to Pick `n Pay to buy food, while trying to pay for the food, the cashier told us that the speed point doesnt work. So we wanted to know if why isnt there a sign stating that it doesnt work because its an inconvenience to some clients who want to swipe their cards.
Thereafter she argued with that it doesnt make sense that she should put up a sign, and also added that if you dont have cash you would have to go and withdraw the money to buy the food.
Nthabiseng displayed a bad attitude towards us as clients.
