Milk sour before expiry date

I bought a carton fresh milk (that last for 21 days) on 05 January 2013. The milk was sour on Monday morning 08 January 2013. The expiry date is 18/01/2013. I have informed Spar about this. I was told to send the expiry date, barcode and batch number which I did. I have yet to get a response.
