Poor Customer Service

I was at the Waterfront on Thursday 10th January 2013 the evening as it was the perfect time to do some shopping with holiday period having come and gone. I walked into the Puma Store and there were 2 male sales assistant, one behind the till and the other standing on the other side. Neither bothered to aknowledge my presence by greeting, but continued to have their discussion about music as I could hear every single word. For a store based at the most exclusive shopping centre, I am completely disgusted with the attitude of the staff. I even stood longer hoping someone will ask me if I needed assistance.
