Wow, now that's what I call service

I was at Eastgate on 09 February, browsing around and decided to visit Stuttafords. I walked by the Jo Malone counter & stopped to smell a new fragrance on display. Ongama was by my side immediately, assisting me. She listened to what I liked, made a few suggestions and I was in heaven with the beautiful cologne combinations she chose. She proceeded to tell me a little about the product & spoilt me with a luxurious hand massage using the Jo Malone products she chose for me. She was on the spot regarding what kind of fragrances I would love, she knows her products extremely well - she even knows the entire range of fragrances and prices by heart. She answers your questions professionally and she makes you feel like you are the queen who just walked in. She gives you her undivided attention. She is pleasant, friendly, you feel the warmth and willingness to serve eminate from her. She loves her job and she is absolutely excellent at it! I am sold and I would recommend the product and her service any day. Stuttafords, she is a keeper!!! Thank you Ongama for truly making my day!!
