Apparently a signboard makes things ok?

I took my car to be washed at the Glassfit in Hill Street (Bloemfontein). My mp3 player was in my car that is permanently plugged into the USB port. When I got the car back, all I got was the USB cable.

When I spoke to them, their don't care attitude was very evident. They automatically took the word of the workers cleaning the car.

When I wrote a letter to them, the manager responded with "your attention is also drawn to our NOTICE BOARDS, in workshops to all customers regarding valuables and acceptance of liability in this matter." What he is saying is that a "notice board" exempts them from guilt? I am going to open a case of at the SAPS!

I have been a loyal client to them since the day it opened and they are not even prepared to see how they can help me!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed and I will NEVER EVER wash my car there again!! And as far as my voice is heard, I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!

The irony is that they are right across the road from me and I regularly need glass, that from now on means nothing to me!! I will rather go somewhere else because if I ask for a quote, I have to wait 235312334 days for them to come out, and my business is 50m away!
