Incompetent and Rude service

I was appalled and disappointed by the service I received yesterday by Anna at the money market tellers. I arrived there 6:30 I wanted to transfer the money to my family using the system. Since Shoprite advertise that people should us this system. I never felt so small and embarrassed and I could not say anything i just stood there and looked at her. The woman had the odesity to shout at me telling me, at this time when am I going to finish doing the transaction @ 6:30 the store was still open for goodness sake. Why should people use the system if Shoprite employ people who knows nothing about service. I work in the complaints area and I am disgusted by her behavior. She does not deserve to work there at all. I want her to apologise to me and an action plan be put in place for her. She treated me like an animal I am nothing, I cannot imagine how many people she treats like that and do not complain, since I was not the only one in the queue. no manners at all.
