Warranty 1 year??? and no offer for repairs

Purchase 21/09/2011... we purchased 2 blackberry curves at our store and spent over R3000! the phone is now giving problems and i am told the warranty is only 1 year on a blackberry?! if that is the casse why was i not offered any repair option as i purchased it at your store i expect some service. awaiting your urgent response. i am available on my cell after 5pm
