NEVER BUY FROM ZANDO YOU WONT GET YOUR ORDER

I bought a gift online from Zando for my Step dad for his birthday in December and 1 month later the gift still hadn't arrived, I had to keep calling and emailing them, eventually after almost giving up I got my order. Last week I purchased over R3000.00 worth on shoes and paid in full and once again i still haven't received my order. I called them and they had a problem on matching the payment AGAIN so nothing was processed!! So instead of having some kind of Customer service and contacting me to let me know why there is a delay they just leave it.

I think their service is disgusting, they are full of promises and great adverts but it means nothing if they cant deliver what they offer..
