And again! not even Head office can HELP ME!

People homemark want to sell sell, sell but no CPA service. I don't know why Marina is the call centre's manager and her manager can't even help with my order! I placed the order on the 3rd of December 2012 an still no delivery! And now they still want to sell me stuff!!! People I have reported this company to the CPA. Don't order thru the call centre, I have spoken to 34 deverent people and not even one can assist me! That is pour service. This company HOMEMARK SA must be closed down! I have complaint to head office today and Marina phoned me and have the... To ask me what the problem is?!?!?!?! And stated that some one is going to phone me back in 30min time and I asked her is someone going to phone me??? And stated YES! But as usal NO ONE phones back!!! And still my money is deducted of my bank account, and no delivery of anyting!!!
