Bad Product, No feedback

I have bought a Lancewood Original Gouda 900g on Friday 10th of November 2012. The block of cheese was moulded and I sent an e-mail to Lancewood on the 11th of November with photo's.By the 14th I had no feeback from them and I sent them another e-mail. That same day I received feedback from Mugelaine and Kubashen, both assuring that they will get back to me as to why this happened and they have taken my adress for feedback. I did not hear anything from them and on the 13th January I sent them another e-mail and again no feedback, I used to love their products but now I am not so sure if I want to buy their products anymore.
