I bought abed havent received my it

I bought a bed from furniture city at south gate on the 29/02/2013 and i was told that i will receive my order in 72 hour which was going to be on Friday the 01/02/13 and it was never delivered, on Tuesday they call me and told me that i will receive my order on Thursday the 07/012/13, late Thursday i called the the warehouse and i was told the the bed i bought is out off stock, i can only get my order in two weeks and when i was at the shop on the day of my purchase the sales man did check if there was stock and they did have.

but no one even called me and tell me that, i will never use their services ever again.
