Pathetic service

About 2 months ago I complaint about charging me more than the 10% monthly repayments. I receive confirmation that my repayments was rectified to 10% and my instalment was rectified from R761 to R259 odd rands. Now again I get calls about my arears of R761. Really people is this what you call customer service. Well it seems you need more experience delivering better service because your service really! My next stop will be the ombudsman! Realy I think you need a manager that can work on your service at head office and in your branches! you always have to Wait in an empty queue for someone who is actually not to lacy to assist and then I get pathetic service from you!!! Ackermans and yet gives better service I will be leaving you asap in future for me and my family will not shop with you again.
