Promises not kept to

Bought am exercise mat @ mall branch, went to the CBD branch to exchange it, as it was cut at an end. Was told to go to the mall as they don't stock it. This is an inconvenience as I don't go often to the mall. The lady at the customer service desk was not helpful. I asked for the manage. Nizam said he is the store manager and they can get code from and credit item. Which was done. Was told by Nizam that the mall branch don't have stock, luckily I did not go there. Nizam told me he will phone me on Monday as he will try and get stocks from other stores. No call as yet. The number for the store is not listed in the directory, I phoned the mall branch that is listed and left message with Mbail yesterday approx 16:50 to phone Nizam and request he phones me as yet no call received.
