Convenient and Efficient

Checkers Hyper advertises that they have a money counter and that it is supposed to be convenient and efficient. This is not the case, the service is time consuming as the staff is not friendly, helpful or efficient, therefore it is not convenient. The queues are long and there are mothers and children, elderly people and if you have to wait so long you give up or if you persist the wait - you find an unhelpful and unfriendly employee. I tried asking the Manager on duty to please see if there is no way to speed it up with no success as he was just as unhelpful and unfriendly. Checkers Hyper is the worst in customer service and friendliness - There slogan says Better and Better - Yes BETTER and BETTER everywhere else but at Checkers!
