Failed delivery and poor communication

They sat with my SHEIN order givingn me a runaround for over 2 weeks. they keep lying saying my delivery failed because i was not home yet they did not even attempt to deliver. I changed my address on SHEIN before it was handed over to the courier. They (Courier) failed to update the address on their system. They later never bothered to communicate with me regarding the delivery of my parcel. they are unreachable. they won't even give me the pick-up address so i can collect my parcel since they are failing to deliver it.
