Station quote

I went to PNA Lifestyle Square Rustenburg on 29/12/23 to request a school quotation. I was assisted by Chantelle, who is apparently the store manager. She asked me to leave my details and said she would contact me or send an email. I had to go back the following day as I did not receive anything from her. To my surprise, the quote was not done, and I had to wait about 30-45 minutes to receive it. I honestly did not have a problem with this as the store was a bit busy.

Today, on 3/1/24, as I decided to go through my list, I realized that there were some textbooks missing. I was only told about 2 textbooks that were not in stock. I also had to go back as there was another textbook for the wrong grade. When I got to the shop, she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, she acted like I'm the one who is wrong and said she made a quote based on the stock they have. However, as a customer, I requested a quote for everything as I wanted to work on my budget. She couldn't explain how the other 2 books were included in the quote if she was only doing quotes for the things they have.

There was another quote that I requested, where she must only quote me on certain things marked, but she refused and said she will do the quote for everything and I must subtract the things I don't want. So, I had to sit down with a pen and calculator to do my own calculations. I thought the point of a quote was to make things easy, but not at PNA. Among all the stationery shops, this is the first time I am experiencing such poor service.
