I bought a vitality item last year, it did not reflect on the till slip as vitality. I called in and spoke to anesh who said that he will resolve this matter. I also emailed him the till slip as well as the price tag from the shelf to proof that this is indeed a vitality item.
I have since emailed him numerous times and he just doesn't respond. I am utterly disgusted, discovery has since changed their MSG and I have now permanently lost out on my cashback because anesh did not resolve this matter.
