My name is Jan I work for Kenneth motors caltex I've been filing a complaint for years now about our workplace, we are forced to work 14 hour shifts everyday with our pays being cut with no overtime, our boss also robbed us of our uif money for the covid and only a few who went to him and threatened him got it but they were later fired for nothing, our boss makes us work for more than 45 hours as suggested, we do t get any lunch and we can't even rest coz our shifts are so hectic and when we knock off at 8 we can't get transportation and we tell him this but he promised to fire us if we go to mibco as he has connections and says he will buy them off.. We are even exploited to do other jobs that are not part of our job description
